Bogdan Bivol is an experienced attorney focused primarily on corporate law, business law and dispute resolution. With more than 15 years of private and public legal experience, he offers clients knowledgeable representation across a wide array of civil, restructuring and insolvency, and employment litigation. Adept at navigating the most technically complex cases, he has handled matters involving transnational litigation.

Bogdan earned his law degree from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Faculty of Law (LL.B, 2007) and completed a master's programme in business law (LL.M, 2009). He is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and of the National Insolvency Practitioners Association. Bogdan speaks fluent Romanian, English and French.

Bogdan Radu has over 15 years of experience at the Bar and specialises in insolvency, debt recovery, enforcement proceedings, corporate and business law, and real estate law. His current practice centres on legal advice for the day-to-day business of companies, on corporate restructuring and insolvency projects, debt recovery and enforcement, and on commercial and real estate transactions.

Bogdan advises companies and investors on their day-to-day business, covering contract law, corporate law and corporate governance, as well as real estate transactions and disputes. He also represents clients in insolvency proceedings, advising on debt recovery and on the most effective ways of realising security interests.

Throughout his career Bogdan has provided continuous legal assistance to companies in their day-to-day commercial activity and in insolvency proceedings, acting for debtors and creditors alike. His experience includes, among others, assistance and representation in proceedings to recover debts from insolvent tenants of large shopping centres, assistance in the reorganisation of companies belonging to major industrial groups, and the representation of banks in insolvency files as secured creditors, with a view to recovering non-performing loans. He has also assisted clients in disputes over the shareholding structure of companies, in disputes arising from construction contracts, and in enforcement proceedings brought by financial and banking institutions against individuals and companies.
